PAPA has announced the launch of a National Pizza Week in November (22nd-28th) to support the industry in the build up to Christmas.
The publicity campaign, which will be focused around the theme ‘Go On Treat Yourself’, aims to both promote pizzas as a treat to be shared with families and friends as well as to highlight the career opportunities offered by the industry. It will also highlight the versatility of pizzas as offering something for everyone, featuring some of the creations from this year’s Pizza Chef of the Year Award.
To support the week, the Association has appointed Pretzel PR agency and launched a special National Pizza Week logo which operators will be able to use to link their own promotional activity into the campaign. The campaign is expected to reach over 30 million consumers during the week.
