The next member webinarisTHISThursday 21 July at 3.00pm andwill be on the subject of Future Food Trends.
Itwill feature Nicola Knight, Senior Analyst, Food-to-go and Eating Out, at the Institute of Grocery Distributionand also her colleague Rhian Thomas who leads IGD’s Food-to-go and Eating out research.
Nicola specialises in delivering insight and sector trends for food-to-go and eating out, most recently focusing on howthe pandemic has shifted the boundaries between food and drink consumed in and out of home. She is a marketer with over 20 years’ experience in the UK foodservice sector and has worked with food manufacturers, wholesalers and operators in brand management, marketing and insight roles.
Rhian also heads-up the consumer insight programme at IGD. Both programmes give operators and suppliers the tools and knowledge to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
An expert in both qualitative and quantative research techniques, Rhian is a seasoned market research professional. Prior to IGD, she managed the Customer Insight team at B&Q.
