Our pizza crust range is indeed vast and include: Thin and Crispy, Medium, Deep Pan, Italian Style, Doughballs, Calzone and many different square and rectangular sizes and depths.
In addition, Pizza Plus has worked with, and gained experience from, our associations and partnerships with a considerable number of local authorities resulting in a range of Education Sector specific pizza crusts. These include using white flour, 100% Wholemeal Flour, 25% Wholemeal Flour and Brown Flour. This range complies fully with the Nutritional Standards recently introduced by the government to the Education Sector and consists of low fat, low salt and low sugar ingredients.
