C. Carnevale Ltd was founded in 1966 in London producing genuine mozzarella on a daily basis. Over the last 60-plus years Carnevale has continued producing fresh, high-quality cheeses, developing and expanding its product range and supply on a national scale.
Carnevale is now a leader in the manufacture of fiordilatte, ricotta, burrata, other specialist Italian cheeses, premium pork sausages, cured meats and fresh pasta as well as an importer of almost 3,000 ambient, chilled and frozen Italian foods and beverages. All these goods are delivered daily, in its own fleet of multi-temperature vans throughout the United Kingdom from six distribution centres located in London, Bedford, Huddersfield, Bristol, Gateshead and Glasgow.
Carnevale, founded by Carmine and Giovanni Carnevale, remains a family business and has grown from a small-scale local producer of fresh mozzarella to a national wholesale supplier of the complete range of Italian food and drinks.
