From the Italian restaurant and American-style delivery to the packaged chilled or frozen ready meal you unwrap at home, there can be no doubt that pizza has become a dominant force on the UK food scene. We spend £billions every year on pizzas. We'll be taking a look in detail at the Pizza Market and you can be there.

This once simple dish that had its origins as a peasant meal in the fields of the Mediterranean has been transformed by today’s pizza makers into something much more that people will go out of their way to find. It has even become an art form.

Jim Winship, PAPA Director, will be giving us the latest insight to the pizza market in the UK and launching the 2015 Market Insight Report. This event provides a great opportunity for retailers and manufacturers to get an update on the pizza market; to see some exciting new pizza concepts; and to network with industry leaders.

Join Judge Aldo Zilli (and judge for yourself) some of the talent of Britain’s top pizzaiolas in the Pizza Chef of the Year Grant Final. This very interractive event will give you the opportunity to sample some fo the fabulous creations, too. This year, we're very proud to hold the Grand Final of the Pasta Chef of the Year, too. Adding a fabulous extra to the day, the three categories of the Pasta Chef and the five categories of the Pizza Chef Competitions will run alternately.
